The back coating silicon applied our base belt is featuring high wear along with superior friction specifications. Applying an hardness of 40 +/-7 ShoreA , white color silicon with a 2,4mm thickness layer.

Such belts can resist to superior temperature environment. So it would also ensure to resist to destructive agents such as acids, bases or solvents.
Therefore, there are many areas of applications such as chemical process, electronic and semiconductor equipments. Without forgetting to mention food process and pulp and paper production. Indeed, in such applications alike biscuit, pastries, pizzas or similar ovens, the belts could operate to environment of +250°Celsius or more. Then our silicon back coated synchronous belts would provide the heat resistance in offering a thermic barrier. On top it would feature non sticky behaviour.
The base belts can be either classical (L, H,…) or curvilinear tooth such as HTD, STD or RPP in various pitch from 3M, 5M , 8M to 14M.
