Cogged V-Belts high performance are produced in reverse moulded with high precision, completely match free, those cogged raw edge moulded offers 40% more power than traditional CRE V-Belts.

Featuring maintenance free and long life time, those EPDM V-Belts are temperature resistant from -40°C up to +140°C peak.

The STEIGENTECH EPDM CRE V-Belts offers strong abrasion resistance than other EPDM belts and are anti static according to ISO 1813.

The EPDM CRE V-Belts from STEIGENTECH can be offered with fabric covering the tooth to provide perfect back bending even in highest difficult applications.

The range is compliant to DIN 7753 Part 1, ISO 4184 and RMA/PTA.

Perfect combination of transverse rigidity and longitudinal flexibility, excellent design of the notch delivers smooth drive run in the pulleys, even with very small diameters or higher rotational speeds. Low stretch and low distension over time, our special polyester cord allows superior transmission power and no special maintenance requirements.
